What Our Clients Say
Sanjana, 31
“This is the best holistic health class I have attended. Simple yet detailed and covers the health aspects of body, mind, speech & soul. The practices are simple and can easily be fit into our lifestyle”
Manisha, 37
“The best part about this class is that attention is given to every client. The class size is small. Adjustments are made according to our physical & mental conditions”
Srini, 45
“Satyam Shivam Ji is fun to learn from but at the same time he ensures there is discipline. He is very motivating. The class also focuses more on the mind & mental health”
Angeline, 24
“Satyam Shivam Ji teaches only the Yoga poses that are easy and sustainable. He says there is no need to learn fancy poses unless we are taking it up as a Sadhana. For basic health, simple Asanas are sufficient. The practice is more important.”
